1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sikh Investors Club (“SIC”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Nature of the Service
SIC is a private, paid membership community where members:
- Share and discuss investment ideas
- Participate in structured discussions and comments
- Attend online events and workshops
- Engage with other Sikh investors
SIC is not a public forum.
3. No Financial Advice
All content provided on SIC:
- Is for educational and discussion purposes only
- Does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice
- Should not be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or invest
Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
4. Membership Access
- Access to posts, comments, and events is restricted to active paying members
- We reserve the right to grant complimentary access to administrators, moderators, or contributors
- Memberships are non-transferable
We may suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms.
5. Submissions & Editorial Process
When submitting an idea:
- Submissions undergo initial vetting for scams, obvious fraud, or low-quality content
- Approved ideas may be edited or reformatted by our editorial team
- Publication is not guaranteed
- SIC reserves full editorial discretion
By submitting content, you grant SIC a non-exclusive right to publish, edit, and distribute it within the platform.
6. Community Conduct
Members agree to:
- Engage respectfully and constructively
- Avoid harassment, hate speech, or abuse
- Avoid promoting scams or misleading information
- Respect confidentiality of discussions
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend members without notice for violations.
7. Events
SIC events may include:
- Pitch nights
- Live reviews
- Guest speakers
- Workshops
We do not guarantee:
- Availability of speakers
- Event recordings
- Outcomes from participation
Event formats and schedules may change.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
- Membership fees are generally non-refundable
- You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges
- Discounts or promotional access are granted at SIC’s discretion
9. Intellectual Property
All platform design, branding, editorial content, and materials are owned by SIC or its licensors.
Members may not reproduce or distribute content outside the platform without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- SIC is not liable for financial losses, investment outcomes, or decisions made by members
- Use of the platform is at your own risk
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by law.
